Live Artistry, Offered In Person

I bring live calligraphy, painting, and engraving to events of all kinds – from brand activations and product launches to weddings, showers, and milestone celebrations. Wherever there's a moment worth marking, I create the kind of on-site experience that gets people to stop, watch, and remember it.

The Leo Lettering Promise

You work with me directly.

No subcontracted artists, no assembly line — every single piece is handcrafted by yours truly!

I work the entire room, not just the artist table.

Years of on-site experience with luxury brands and PR teams means that I know exactly how to keep an in-person event or brand activation running smoothly.

Nothing is ever exactly the same twice.

Handwritten and hand-painted work is impossible to replicate — that's the point.

I make it easy.

From first inquiry to final delivery, I take care of the details so you don't have to.

Fill out the contact form with your event date, project details, and vision. No detail is too small.
I'll follow up with a few questions and, if needed, a quick call to nail down the scope, timeline, and surfaces or materials involved.
You'll receive a custom quote and proposal. Once approved, a deposit secures your date on my calendar.
This is where we iron out all the details of your event. You can send me samples, and I bring your project to life. Once completed, you see exactly what you can expect from me to you and your guests for your event.
On the day of your event, I arrive on-site 15-30 minutes prior to your event start time (unless previously discussed).
My set-up takes 5-10 minutes and I’ll be ready to go whenever you are. After that, sit back and let me take care of the rest!

Investment

Starting at $999 CAD — Booked by the event, not the piece. My event rate covers me on-site for your activation, along with everything I need to bring it to life.

I bring all the tools — pens, ink, engraving equipment, paint, or heat pen, depending on the service.

✤

For high-volume or longer events, I may arrange additional artists for us to keep things moving smoothly for your guests.

✤

From you, I just need a chair, a desk or table, and suitable lighting on-site.

✤

I arrive 15–30 minutes ahead of your start time; set-up takes about 5–10 minutes. Need me there earlier? Early set-up fees may apply.

Absolutely not — I work with plenty of individuals hosting their own milestone moments too, from weddings to bridal showers, wherever a personalization station fits right in.
As a starting point, 2026 events begin at $999 CAD. Pricing depends on a lot of factors — guest count, hours on-site, location and more.

Most events of mine book 2-3 months out. However, holiday seasons can book as early as 1 year in advance.
